titleOfInvention Radiation detector
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a radiation detecting apparatus in which the period of stable cooling, which is an important factor relating to the reliability of a radiation detecting apparatus requiring cooling, is improved. Kind Code: A1 Abstract: A surface roughness of a main portion in a vacuum vessel of a radiation detection device is set to 0.1 μmRa or less, a metal seal is used for a vacuum seal portion to delay vacuum deterioration, and a cooled portion and a vacuum are used. A super insulation 6 is interposed between the inner walls of the container to prevent heat from flowing in by heat radiation, and a physical adsorbent chamber 2 in which a physical adsorbent is inserted and a chemical adsorbent 10 are installed in a vacuum system. The period during which the chemical adsorbent 10 can be stably cooled by heating the chemical adsorbent 10 when necessary is improved.
