An aqueous dispersion of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is produced using C 9 F 19 COONH 4 or the like as a surfactant. The aqueous dispersion is extruded with paste using PTFE fine powder obtained by coagulation, and stretched at 250 ° C. or higher to obtain the porous body. |
