abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To make it possible to obtain a dehydrated oil having a low moisture content and containing no mud, by allowing water in a crude oil to be highly separated and removed irrespective of the properties of the crude oil. Improve processing efficiency so that even small equipment can increase the processing amount. SOLUTION: A crude oil is supplied into a treatment tank 7 having a drain port 5 at a lower part, and a hollow fiber membrane module 1 which selectively permeates only an oil component is immersed in the crude oil. A bubble flow generator 4 is provided below the hollow fiber membrane module 1 to generate a swirl flow in the treatment tank 7, and the crude oil in the treatment tank 7 is heated and kept warm by the heating device 6 while the hollow fiber membrane is heated. The pump 8 sucks the dehydrated oil that has passed through the module 1. The water separated from the crude oil (separated water layer 10) is discharged from the drain 5.
