titleOfInvention | Method for producing optically active alcohol containing halogen substitution |
abstract | (57) Abstract: Optically active 4-halo-3 having high optical purity -Efficiently synthesize hydroxybutyrate. SOLUTION: The asymmetric reduction of a halogen-substituted ketone such as a 4-haloacetoacetate is carried out at a low temperature by using a secondary alcohol dehydrogenase and an alcohol as a substrate for NADH regeneration, thereby obtaining an optically active 4-halo-3. -Synthesis of an optically active alcohol containing a halogen substitution such as hydroxybutyric acid ester. [Effects] Reduction of toxicity of enzymes to ketones having halogen substitution such as 4-haloacetoacetate and optically active alcohols having halogen substitution such as 4-halo-3-hydroxybutyrate by reacting at a low temperature. As a result, the optically active 4-halo-3 is maintained while maintaining the high stereoselectivity of the secondary alcohol dehydrogenase. -Accumulation concentration of optically active alcohol containing halogen substitution such as hydroxybutyric acid ester can be increased. |
