titleOfInvention Connector terminal surface treatment method
abstract (57) [Summary] (with correction) [PROBLEMS] To provide a surface treatment method for a connector terminal capable of obtaining high corrosion resistance. SOLUTION: A surface of a terminal 1 of a connector is plated with Ni underlayer, and Pd-Au alloy plating is further plated thereon. High corrosion resistance can be imparted to the terminal 1 of the connector by Pd-Au alloy plating having excellent corrosion resistance. Also, P Au flash plating is performed on the d-Au alloy plating. After Pd-Au alloy plating, a sealing treatment is performed. In addition, at least one of neopentyl fatty acid ester, dibasic acid, and amine salt of dibasic acid is sealed with a pore-treating agent prepared by dissolving at least one of alcohol, chlorine, and fluorine solvents. Perform a hole treatment.
