abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide an optical film or sheet excellent in heat resistance, and excellent in transparency and optical characteristics. An optical film or sheet comprising a polycarbonate (co) polymer containing the repeating unit represented by the formula (1) in a proportion exceeding 30 mol%, a film thickness of 50 to 500 μm, and a retardation (Re) of 10 nm or less. |
