titleOfInvention | Method for producing 3-cephem compound |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a useful antibacterial agent intermediate having a broad antibacterial spectrum from halogenated β-lactam compounds which can be easily derived in a short reaction step starting from inexpensive penicillin. -To provide a novel technique capable of easily producing a cephem compound by a simple reaction operation and industrially advantageous reaction conditions. SOLUTION: The halogenated β- represented by the general formula (1) The lactam compound is reacted with an alkenyl tin compound represented by the general formula (2) in the presence of a copper salt and a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic aromatic compound to obtain a 3-cephem compound represented by the general formula (3) A method for producing a 3-cephem compound, comprising: Embedded image (In the formula, R 1 represents a hydrogen atom, R 2 represents a hydrogen atom, R 3 represents a hydrogen atom, etc. R 4 represents an aryl group which may have a substituent. shown, X is .Y showing a halogen atom is a halogen atom or a leaving group.) R 5 SnR 6 3 ( 2) ( wherein R 5 which may have a substituent 1 or 2 -Represents an alkenyl group. R 6 represents a lower alkyl group. ) (In the formula, R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , and R 5 are the same as described above.) |
