titleOfInvention Curved transfer device
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To efficiently manufacture a decorative material having a three-dimensional uneven surface. SOLUTION: The transfer layer side of a transfer sheet composed of a support and a transfer layer is opposed to the uneven surface side of a transfer-receiving substrate having an uneven surface, and solid particles collide with the support side of the transfer sheet. An apparatus for performing at least a process until the transfer layer is pressed against the transfer base material by using the collision pressure to press and transfer the transfer sheet to the uneven surface of the transfer base material. A solid particle ejecting means for accelerating and ejecting the solid particles and a solid particle ejecting means for temporarily storing the solid particles P in the hopper 31, heating the stored solid particles P by hot air from the conduit 3 and then sequentially discharging the solid particles. And a means for storing and heating solid particles to be sent to the apparatus. Since the transfer sheet is heated and softened, it is easy to follow and mold the uneven surface of the substrate to be transferred, and the adhesive layer is heated to develop an adhesive force.
