titleOfInvention Method for producing breathable sheet material and breathable sheet material
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a breathable sheet material and a breathable sheet material capable of stably forming a rupture hole having a desired width. SOLUTION: A thin-film molten synthetic resin 13 is extruded from an extrusion die. Extrude. The piercing tool 9 is pierced into the molten synthetic resin. The molten synthetic resin 13 is blocked from flowing downward by the piercing tool 9 to cause a so-called neck-in phenomenon, and a rupture hole 19 is formed below this portion. By laminating this molten synthetic resin 13 with a base material, a slit-shaped rupture port 19 is formed. A permeable sheet material having (ie, a portion where no synthetic resin is present) is formed. In this permeable sheet material, a permeable base material such as a paper material is used, and since the rupture hole 19 is formed in the synthetic resin layer, ventilation is possible through the rupture hole 19.
