abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] To enable a manufacturing department to re-plan a suitable production plan according to the operation status of a production line, to grasp an unexpected situation of the production line, and to quickly correct the production plan. SOLUTION: A server which stores data necessary for production of a printed board unit and provides a production plan and output data required for the production plan, receives the production plan and output data, and considers the efficiency of the production line. Planning means for calculating the production end time and displaying the start and end of work when re-planning the production plan, and a machine constituting a production line when the production plan re-planned by the planning means is implemented Simulation means having a function of predicting a part outage stop, and a notifying means for notifying an operator of a part replenishment time, wherein the simulation means based on information from a progress collecting means for obtaining production progress information of a production line. It has a function to notify progress information.
