Method for producing conductive flocking product and conductive flocking product |
abstract |
(57) [Abstract] [Problem] A high-quality conductive flocking product having a high flocking density and enduring long-term use. After a flocked product of a required form is manufactured, the surface of the flocked product is treated with a solution containing an organic low-molecular substance forming an organic conductive polymer by polymerization and a polymerization catalyst or an oxidizing agent. An organic conductive polymer substance is formed on the skin surface and the flocking surface of the product to impart conductivity. There is no need to use a specially manufactured pile or adhesive, and a product having conductivity can be manufactured at low cost only by post-processing a flocked product manufactured in the same manner as in the related art. Not only can it be used as a non-charged flocking product, but also can be used for static elimination of charged substances such as plastics and rubber members by using a soft touch of the flocking product. |
