titleOfInvention Melt blown nonwoven fabric comprising hydrophilic functional group-containing polyarylene sulfide and method for producing the same
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a melt-blown non-woven fabric which is excellent in hydrophilicity and tensile strength and is suitable for use as a battery separator and the like. SOLUTION: Polyarylene sulfide having a hydrophilic functional group introduced by a thermal oxidative crosslinking reaction is melt-kneaded using an extruder, and then discharged from a nozzle set at 280 to 400 ° C. and simultaneously stretched by high-temperature air at 290 to 420 ° C. Then, the melt-blown non-woven fabric is manufactured by collecting fine fibers.
