titleOfInvention | Catalyst and method for polymerizing conjugated dienes |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst having a transition metal compound belonging to Groups 9 and 10 of the Periodic Table, and a conjugated diene for producing a conjugated diene polymer having a controlled microstructure with high activity using the catalyst. A polymerization catalyst and a polymerization method are provided. SOLUTION: (1) A transition metal compound belonging to Group 9 or 10 of the periodic table having a ligand of one cycloalkadienyl group; (2) A catalyst comprising a combination with at least one cocatalyst selected from organic aluminum oxy compounds, ionic compounds and Lewis acid compounds. A polymerization catalyst for a conjugated diene using this catalyst, and a polymerization method. |
