(57) [Problem] To provide a semi-flexible pavement material which can omit on-site weighing and disposal of a polymer can, has small drying shrinkage, and has excellent freeze-thaw resistance. SOLUTION: A cement, a hardened material containing calcium aluminate and sulfate, and a non-re-emulsifying type fine powder elastic polymer are contained. Parts of the rapidly hardened material and 2 to 10 parts by weight of the non-re-emulsifying fine-powder elastic polymer. |
