titleOfInvention Method for producing molded article from plastic waste material and molded article
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To effectively reuse plastic waste. SOLUTION: A collected plastic waste material 1 made of a thermoplastic resin is crushed into small pieces by a crusher to obtain a chip-shaped plastic material 3 (P1). Waste paper, waste rubber, When the raw material is mixed with the foreign waste material 2 such as fiber or wood flour, it is also made into a strip or powder (P2). One or more types of plastic materials 3 and further foreign materials 4 are supplied to a mixing machine, and the mixing machines mix and stir the materials 3 and 4 in the chamber by high-speed rotation of a stirring blade to melt the resin by internal frictional heat, thereby forming a gel. (P3). The gel molding material is molded into a predetermined shape by a molding device, and a molded product 6 is obtained.
