titleOfInvention | Method for immobilizing nucleic acid and method for detecting nucleic acid using the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the amount of immobilized nucleic acid per unit amount of magnetic particles by introducing a large number of functional groups on the surface of magnetic particles, and to improve the hydrophilicity of the introduced functional groups in an aqueous solution of magnetic particles. The present invention provides a method for immobilizing a nucleic acid which is also excellent in a dispersion state by using the method, and a method for detecting a nucleic acid with high sensitivity and good operability using the method. SOLUTION: A polyfunctional polymer having three or more functional groups B which react with the functional group A is bonded to magnetic particles having a functional group A on the surface thereof by a reaction between the functional groups A and B. A method for immobilizing a nucleic acid by preparing basic magnetic particles and then reacting the nucleic acid with the free functional group B, and a method for detecting a nucleic acid using the same. |
