abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To specifically measure a target substance bound to a ligand in a sample. A first column comprising a pump, a sample introduction part, and a carrier on which a specific binding substance to a ligand is immobilized, A second column composed of a carrier capable of separating a signal substance bound to another substance and a free signal substance and a signal substance bound to a substance to be measured, and a second column consisting of a detection unit, which binds to a ligand in a sample. Inject the sample into the sample introduction part of the liquid chromatography device for specifically measuring the target substance, and then release the target substance from the ligand, including the signal substance that binds to the target substance. The resulting solution is injected from the sample introduction section, and the signal substance bound to the measurement target substance is detected by the detection section, whereby the measurement target substance bound to the ligand in the sample is specifically measured. |
