Water-soluble composition of aromatic carboxylic acids and aqueous solution for improving solubility |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the administration and increase the absorption rate when using an aromatic carboxylic acid as a medicine for internal use, etc., and to have a long residence time in the body and sustained release. Thus, a water-soluble composition of an aromatic carboxylic acid having improved solubility in water and an aqueous solution having improved solubility are provided. SOLUTION: A predetermined amount of chitosan is added to an aromatic carboxylic acid and mixed. The amount of chitosan added is 1.3 times or less the weight of the aromatic carboxylic acids. Aromatic carboxylic acids and chitosan were dissolved at predetermined concentrations in water. The concentration of the aromatic carboxylic acids is 3.2 g / d L and the concentration of the chitosan is 1.3 times or less the concentration of the aromatic carboxylic acids. |
