abstract |
(57) Abstract: To provide a voltage generation circuit capable of stabilizing the operation of a semiconductor device. A voltage generating circuit includes first and second impedance means having the same impedance. The first impedance means R1 is connected to the first power supply line L1, and the second impedance means R4 is connected to the second power supply line L2. First and second impedance means R 1 and R4, third impedance means R3 and R3 4 are connected. A first current source 27 is connected to a first connection point N1 between the first and third impedance means R1 and R2, and the second and third impedance means R4 and R3 A second current source 28 is connected to a second connection point N3 therebetween. The first and second current sources 27 and 28 supply currents Ib and Ic of the same value to the first and second connection points N1 and N3. |
