SOLUTION: A first active material in which nickel hydroxide is coated with cobalt oxyhydroxide and a second active material in which nickel oxyhydroxide is coated with cobalt oxyhydroxide are: A non-sintered nickel electrode is added and mixed at a weight ratio of 10 to 60:40. |
