titleOfInvention | Photopolymerizable resin composition and laminate |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photopolymerizable resin composition which can be developed with an alkaline aqueous solution and which has better properties such as plating resistance, etching resistance, adhesion, and resolution, and uses the same. The present invention provides a photopolymerizable resin laminate. SOLUTION: (a) a carboxyl group-containing binder polymer, (b) a photopolymerizable compound having at least one polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated bond in a molecule, and (c) a photopolymerization initiator as essential components, A photopolymerizable resin composition containing a compound represented by the following general formula (I), and a photopolymerizable resin laminate obtained by laminating layers of the photopolymerizable resin composition. R 1 —S—S—R 2 (I) wherein R 1 and R 2 are each independently an alkyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms or a substituent described below. (R 3 to R 7 are each independently hydrogen, an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, a halogen atom, an amide group or a benzamide group)] |
