titleOfInvention Compounds useful for structural analysis of nucleoside analogs having acyclic sugar chains
abstract (57) [Summary] (Modifications) [PROBLEMS] To comprise a heteroaromatic group represented by a radiation sensitizer represented by formula (3) and an acyclic sugar chain having 4 or more carbon atoms having an asymmetric carbon An object of the present invention is to provide a means for determining the absolute configuration of the asymmetric carbon of a nucleoside analog. SOLUTION: It has been found that a crystal can be obtained by acylating at least one hydroxyl group of the nucleoside analog with an aromatic acyl group having at least one halogen atom on an aromatic ring. X-ray crystal structure analysis of this product further revealed that there was a sufficient difference in the R value between the optical isomers. Embedded image
