(57) [Summary] To provide a decorative sheet having a protective layer whose ultraviolet ray shielding performance does not decrease over time. SOLUTION: In a decorative sheet S comprising at least a decoration layer 2 and a protective layer 1, the protective layer has a thermoplastic resin formed by reactive bonding of a reactive ultraviolet absorber. The thermoplastic resin obtained by reactive bonding of the reactive ultraviolet absorber is, for example, a resin in which a benzotriazole-based reactive ultraviolet absorber is reactively bonded to a side chain. |
