titleOfInvention Elasticization of tracked track
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Problem] To effectively control various obstacles such as dropping, floating sleepers, blasting, and trajectory irregularity caused by excessive impact load acting on a tracked track, and maintenance and management. Provided is a method for elasticizing a track floor track, which can construct an elastic structure effective for reduction, improvement of ride comfort, noise reduction, and the like by a simple operation at a low cost. SOLUTION: In order to make a tracked track orbit elastic, a small piece 5 of a polymer elastic material is embedded in a ballast 4 below a sleeper while being vibrated, and then the polymer elastic material is secured to secure a ballast resistance. A ballast made of a synthetic resin is sprayed on the roadbed portion in which the small pieces of the material are embedded, so that the ballast and the small pieces of the polymer elastic material are connected to each other. In particular, a tie tamper is used for embedding a small piece of a polymer elastic material. Further, a rubber chip obtained by cutting an old tire into small pieces of a polymer elastic material is used.
