titleOfInvention Crosslinkable silicon-based polymer composition
abstract (A) A silicon-based polymer compound having a weight average molecular weight of 500 to 500,000 containing a Si—Si bond and a Si—H group, and (B) represented by the following formula (1) A crosslinkable silicon-based polymer composition comprising a polyfunctional aromatic carboxylic acid allyl ester compound, (C) an organic peroxide or an azo compound. Embedded image (Q represents —CO—, CH 2 — or —C (CH 3 ) 2 —, x is 0 or 1, y is 2, 3 or 4, and z is 1 or 2.) According to the above silicon-based polymer composition, it is possible to obtain a polysilane film which is insoluble in a solvent and has improved abrasion and strength.
