(57) [Abstract] [Object] An object of the present invention is to solve the drawbacks of conventional gypsum, to provide a method for obtaining a gypsum molded article excellent in water resistance without impairing the properties inherent in gypsum such as fire protection, and a high water resistance. An object of the present invention is to provide a gypsum board having properties. (A) A copolymer or derivative of a vinyl compound and an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid or an anhydride thereof having an acid value of 200 to 500 or a partially neutralized product thereof, and (B) a hydrogen atom bonded to Si. A water-resistant gypsum composition containing an organosiloxane having the formula (A) and an aluminate (C); A method for producing a water-resistant gypsum composition by kneading an aqueous modifier prepared by dispersing a gypsum and gypsum, and a water-resistant gypsum board obtained by this method. |
