abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problem] There is no step in the thickness of the pile ground between the ground part and the picture part constituting the sign, the base cloth is continuous, flexible and easy to roll up or wash, and the pile is dense. Obtain a professional dust control mat with a durable sign. SOLUTION: Pile yarns 11, 12, 13 and 14 of different colors are inserted into a base cloth 15 that is continuous vertically and horizontally, and a sign that is color-coded on a base 16 and a picture 17 is drawn on a pile surface. The back surface is lined with an elastomer 18 having a thickness of 1 to 5 mm to constitute a functional dust control mat for business use. The same pile yarn 1 is used for the ground 16 and the picture 17 respectively. 1 and 13, the piles 21 and 12 which are adjacent to each other vertically and horizontally with the same stitch gauge S and the same needle gauge N respectively. 23 are formed. The piles 21 and 23 are made of hygroscopic fibers having a water retention of 10% or more, and adsorb oils, surfactants, and antibacterial and antifungal agents. |
