abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problem] Comfortable in a comfortable posture with an optimal height and shape for a pillow user, without hindering rolling over and without squeezing the neck to cause headache or nausea. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method of manufacturing a pillow capable of sleeping and an individual pillow capable of coping with an optimal height and shape of a pillow which varies depending on an individual's body shape and a sleeping posture. A personal pillow comprising a basic pillow and a convex pillow as a basic configuration, and a required number of finely-adjustable pillows and a finely-adjusted pillow for neck pressure added to the basic and convex pillows and stored in a setup cover. A pillow, a basic pillow, a convex pillow, a height-adjustable pillow, and a neck pressure-sensitive pillow are each prepared in advance, and the convex pillow has a flat bottom surface and a top surface of a human head. A pillow for an individual, characterized in that the pillow has a shape conforming to a curved surface formed from the to the cervical spine. |
