titleOfInvention | Positively charged toner for developing electrostatic latent images |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a toner capable of obtaining a sufficient positive charge by using a polyester resin having a relatively strong negative charge as a resin for a positive charge toner. An electrostatic latent image is formed by exposing an image area of a photoconductor positively charged by a charging member, and a thin layer of a positively charged toner formed by a regulating member on a toner carrier is brought into contact with the photoconductor. A non-magnetic one-component reversal developing method for developing a latent image by applying a bias voltage between the toner carrier and the photosensitive member, wherein a urethane cross-linking component is used as the resin for the positively charged toner. A positively charged toner characterized by using a polyester resin contained therein. |
