abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] A color conversion sheet in which a phosphor is contained in a resin, and particularly a visible light conversion excellent in heat resistance, impact resistance, chemical resistance and contamination resistance (prevention of impurity contamination). A sheet and a light-emitting device using the same are provided. A light emitting element (205) having at least a nitride semiconductor in a light emitting layer and a resin sheet (204) transmitting blue light from the light emitting element (205) excited by an emission wavelength from the light emitting element (205). And a color conversion sheet (200) containing an inorganic phosphor (203) that emits fluorescent light having a wavelength longer than the emission wavelength, and in particular, the inorganic phosphor (203) is activated with cerium. The light emitting device is made of a yttrium / aluminum / garnet phosphor and the resin sheet (204) is made of polyarylate or polycarbonate.
