abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic rubber / fluororubber composite which has well-balanced heat resistance, oil resistance and mechanical strength and can be produced industrially advantageously. SOLUTION: A continuous phase of fluororubber and a discontinuous phase of acrylic rubber particles dispersed in the continuous phase, wherein the acrylic rubber particles have a particle size of 10 to 300 nm and a gel content of 8 An acrylic rubber / fluororubber composite comprising 0% by weight or more of an internally crosslinked epoxy group-containing acrylic rubber. This composite is prepared by mixing an internally crosslinked epoxy group-containing acrylic rubber latex and a fluororubber latex and co-coagulating them. The composite is used by blending a crosslinking agent capable of crosslinking at least one of both rubber components. |
