titleOfInvention | Spray dryer and spray drying method using the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform spray drying of a solid solution or a dispersion liquid, while circulating a flow inside a drier, while leaving non-sprayed liquid droplets insufficiently dried, and other undried spray particles. Fine drying that prevents collisions and coalescence with dry and dried particles to form particles much larger than the intended particle size, and eliminates or simplifies the pulverization and sieving steps. Provided are a spray dryer and a spray drying method using a two-fluid nozzle capable of stably obtaining particles. A spray dryer having a cylindrical straight body, wherein two fluid nozzles are arranged in multiple rows and concentric circles on a horizontal cross section at the top of the spray dryer. Are arranged radially. |
