titleOfInvention | Silver halide photographic material and processing method thereof |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the film thickness by increasing the number of functional layers of a silver halide photographic light-sensitive material, to reduce the film thickness by decreasing the amount of gelatin, or to form silver halide grains into tabular grains. The pressure resistance tends to deteriorate, and improvement of these technologies is desired. SOLUTION: At least three hydrophilic layers containing gelatin as a main component, including a silver halide emulsion layer and a protective layer, are provided on a support, and further provided above the silver halide emulsion layer. A silver halide photographic light-sensitive material, characterized in that at least one hydrophilic layer other than the silver halide emulsion layer contains an oil compound and a polysaccharide that undergoes sol-gel conversion. |
