abstract (57) [Abstract] [Problem] While having excellent cleaning performance, it spreads on the skin, Provided is a skin and hair cleansing agent which is excellent in physical properties such as sliminess, rinsing properties, viscosity and spinnability at the time of rinsing, is inexpensive, has excellent storage stability, and is also excellent in safety such as biodegradability. SOLUTION: A skin and hair cleansing agent containing 0.1 to 10% by weight of gelatinized starch and 0.5 to 50% by weight of a nonionic surfactant.
