titleOfInvention | Laminating film foaming method |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a clear paper bar code display in a simple paper container having a foamed heat insulating layer 16 formed on the outer surface. A low-melting thermoplastic resin film (21) is joined to the outside of a base paper (20), and a high-melting thermoplastic resin film (22) is joined to the inside of the base paper (20). Is released to the thermoplastic resin film 21 to foam the thermoplastic resin film 21, and a pinhole 24 is formed at a predetermined position on the inside of the high melting point thermoplastic resin film 22. As a result, the moisture in the region is allowed to escape to the inside, whereby the non-foamed region 32 is formed without foaming the low-melting-point thermoplastic resin film 21 on the outside, and the bar code display 33 is applied to the unfoamed region 32. |
