abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problem] A polyamide resin molded article which is lightweight, can be used for a long time without lubrication, has less insufficient polymerization and sink marks, and maintains the bonding force between the polyamide resin and the reinforcing material, and its production. The purpose is to provide a method. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a polyamide resin molded article 1 in which a polyamide resin 9 is bonded around a reinforcing plate 2 and integrated. The reinforcing plate 2 having one groove portion 5 or one convex portion 7 along the circumferential direction of the side surface 4 is installed in a temperature-adjustable outer mold 11, and the polymerizable lactam liquid is placed in the outer mold 11. To the level of the polymerizable lactam liquid, and seal the shielding material 19 so that air does not intervene on the surface of the polymerizable lactam liquid. 6 is set and polymerized, and after the polymerization is completed, the polyamide resin molded body 1 is released from the mold. |
