titleOfInvention | Lubricant supply composition and method for producing the same |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] To use at a high temperature of 100 to 120 [deg.] C. and to have excellent mechanical strength and to use a highly polar lubricating oil such as an ester oil or a polyphenyl ether oil, or a lubricating oil thereof. Provided is a lubricant supply composition which stably holds a large amount of grease as a base oil. An amine component comprising a mixture of an aromatic polyamine compound containing a soft segment in a molecular chain and an aromatic diamine, and a lubricating oil having compatibility with the amine component or a grease using the lubricating oil as a base oil. After mixing, the mixture is mixed with a polyisocyanate component, and the amine component is cured while holding the lubricating oil or grease. By heating to a temperature of ° C. and post-curing, a lubricant supply composition is obtained in which the polyurea elastomer comprising the amine component and the polyisocyanate component is cured while containing the lubricating oil or grease. |
