titleOfInvention | Ink jet recording method and apparatus |
abstract | (57) Abstract: An ink jet recording method for performing printing using an aqueous dispersion ink containing an aqueous medium and fine resin particles colored with a coloring material finely dispersed in the aqueous medium. It is another object of the present invention to provide a recording method that does not allow ink to permeate a recording medium, and thus provides gloss to a recorded image and improves print quality. SOLUTION: Immediately after the printing step, in performing the ink jet recording, the fixing is performed by heating the printing portion to a temperature equal to or higher than the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the fine resin particles. |
