abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a high transfer efficiency which is a characteristic of a spherical polymerized toner particle or a spherical toner particle, and to cause toner fusion to a developing sleeve or a developer layer thickness regulating member. Since there is no problem, there is no problem in image characteristics, and furthermore, the cleaning device can be simplified while maintaining high image quality, and a one-component developer suitable for an image forming apparatus having a reduced volume of the device. Provide an image forming apparatus using a component developer. SOLUTION: Toner particles having a shape factor SF-1 in a range of 100 to 150 and a SF-2 in a range of 100 to 140 are provided. One-component development wherein at least one of cubic or octahedral crystal ferrite or magnetite having an average particle diameter of 50 to 1,500 nm is mixed in an amount of 0.5 to 15 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of toner particles. And an image forming apparatus using the one-component developer. |
