titleOfInvention Thin-film optical path adjusting device and method of manufacturing the same
abstract (57) Abstract: A thin-film optical path adjusting device and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. SOLUTION: An active matrix 100, a first actuator 215a and a second actuator 2 formed side by side on the upper part of the active matrix 100 15b, support element 220 formed in a direction orthogonal to and spaced from the first and second actuators, first and second actuators, and mirror 2 formed on the support element 00. By increasing the area of the mirror 200 and doubling the tilting angle of the mirror 200 using the metal tension strip action between the actuator 210 and the post, the contrast of the image on the screen can be improved. The structure of the first actuator 215a and the second actuator 215b can be stabilized by the symmetrical structure around the first anchor 153a and the second anchor 153b, and the horizontality of the mirror can be improved by supporting the plurality of mirrors 200. The mirror can be driven stably.
