titleOfInvention Light diffusing resin layer, light diffusing film, polarizing plate with diffusion layer, and liquid crystal display device using the polarizing plate
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Problem] A light diffusing resin layer used for a liquid crystal display device or the like, Provided are a light diffusing film, a polarizing plate with a diffusion layer, and a liquid crystal display device using the polarizing plate. SOLUTION: The light-diffusing resin layer of the present invention has a difference in refractive index between the resin layer and the resin layer formed in a flat film shape. 0.02 or more and 1.0 or less, characterized by containing a diffusing agent having a particle size of 5 nm or more and 50 μm or less, in the normal direction surface of the light diffusing resin layer The haze value is 3 or more and the normal direction is ± 60. It is preferable that the difference in haze value in the direction of ° is 0.1 to 7 and that the resin layer is a cellulose resin. The light diffusing film of the present invention is characterized in that such a light diffusing resin layer is formed on a transparent film. Further, the polarizing plate with a diffusion layer of the present invention is characterized in that a polarizing element film is laminated on a light diffusing film formed as a triacetyl cellulose film obtained by saponifying a transparent substrate. Further, the liquid crystal display device of the present invention is characterized by using such a polarizing plate with a diffusion layer.
