(57) [Summary] [Problem] It is possible to use as a flame retardant capable of imparting excellent flame retardancy to various resins, excellent in heat resistance, and extremely small in deterioration of the inherent physical properties of the resin at the time of molding processing. To provide a novel compound containing no halogen and a method for producing the same. Further, a flame retardant containing the above-mentioned novel compound, and a resin containing the above-mentioned novel compound and a resin, having excellent heat resistance and flame retardancy, having sustained flame retardancy, and a resin melted during combustion. It is an object of the present invention to provide a flame-retardant resin composition capable of forming a molded article without dripping.
