abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a method for measuring a 1,2-dicarbonyl derivative, which is simple and capable of measuring multiple analytes. SOLUTION: A 1,2-dicarbonyl derivative is reacted with a diamino derivative to obtain a compound represented by the general formula (I): (Wherein, R 1 and R 2 independently represent hydrogen, Methyl group, hydroxymethyl group, hydroxyethyl group, A is a dihydroxyethyl group, dihydroxypropyl group, trihydroxypropyl group or trihydroxybutyl group, and A is bonded to a pyrazine ring to form a 5- or 6-membered aromatic hydrocarbon group, aromatic heterocyclic group or alicyclic carbon group. A group forming a hydrogen group, R 3 is a crosslinkable residue, and the ring formed by A is, in addition to the above R 3 , one or two, in the case of a five-membered ring, a six-membered ring May be substituted by 1 to 3 further substituents), and the pyrazine derivative is measured by an immunoassay using an antibody recognizing the pyrazine derivative. , 2-dicarbonyl derivative is measured.
