titleOfInvention | Lithographic printing plate precursor and plate making method |
abstract | (57) [Summary] A lithographic printing plate precursor capable of writing by low-energy heat mode exposure and capable of producing a lithographic printing plate excellent in image portion strength and stain resistance, and an additional lithographic printing plate precursor after the exposure. Provided is a method for making a lithographic printing plate precursor that does not require a wet process. SOLUTION: It is composed of a hydrophobic polymer compound having at least one specific functional group capable of generating sulfonic acid, carboxylic acid, or the like by heat on a support having a hydrophilic surface, preferably in the molecule. And a recording layer made of a lipophilic polymer compound whose exposed portion can be removed by heat mode exposure. |
