(57) [Problem] To provide a vinyl chloride resin composition for coating a heat-resistant electric wire which does not use harmful heavy metals such as lead and barium and has a heat resistance of 105 ° C with a thin electric wire. SOLUTION: To 100 parts by weight of vinyl chloride resin, (A) at least one kind of hydrotalcite compound 0.05 to 15% by weight and (b) 20% to 100% by weight of a trimellitate plasticizer having 8 to 10 carbon atoms in the main chain, wherein 20 to 100% by weight of a vinyl chloride resin for coating a heat-resistant electric wire.
