titleOfInvention | Method for detecting ammonium ion and measuring ammonium ion concentration |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of detecting ammonium ions in a sample water and measuring the ion concentration thereof quickly and with a small measurement error. SOLUTION: The method for detecting ammonium ion according to the present invention is characterized in that sample water is irradiated with ultraviolet light having a wavelength of about 190 nm, and the degree of decrease in the light intensity of the ultraviolet light is measured. Is characterized in that the sample water is irradiated with ultraviolet rays having a wavelength of about 190 nm, the absorbance of the sample water is measured, and an arithmetic processing of multiplying the obtained measured value by a preset constant is performed. |
