titleOfInvention | Sample high temperature apparatus and X-ray apparatus using the same |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] To provide a high-temperature sample apparatus capable of controlling the temperature of a sample under an atmosphere of an oxidizing gas, a reducing gas, or other various gases regardless of the characteristics of a heating element. SOLUTION: This is a sample high temperature apparatus for changing the temperature of a sample S. The sample high-temperature device has a protective tube 8 surrounding the sample S and transmitting heat but not transmitting gas, and a heater wire 22 disposed outside the protective tube 8. The protection tube 8 is heated by the heat from the heater wire 22, and the sample S is heated by the heat from the protection tube 8. Since this heating structure is an indirect heating type heating structure, As compared with the direct heating type heating structure, the temperature of the entire sample S can be controlled in a uniform temperature distribution state. Further, since the sample S and the heater wire 8 are spatially separated by the protective tube 8, they can be placed in different gas atmospheres. |
