abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a resin composition having excellent storage stability at room temperature and excellent in quick-curing property, heat resistance, moisture resistance, electrical insulation, adhesiveness, and mechanical properties. Provided is a thermosetting adhesive tape as a component. (A) A maleimide compound having two or more maleimide groups in one molecule and an amino compound having two or more secondary amino groups in one molecule and having no primary amino group are mixed in an organic solvent. A solvent-soluble prepolymer having a weight-average molecular weight in the range of 1,000 to 200,000, which is obtained by reacting with (B) a maleimide compound of the component A or a crosslinking agent which reacts with a maleimide group in the prepolymer , (C) acrylic rubber, ethylene-acrylic rubber, A thermosetting adhesive tape comprising, as a main component, a resin composition comprising at least one resin selected from the group consisting of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber. |
