abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] An AC effective for the treatment of visceral fat syndrome which is a risk factor for adult diseases such as myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction and diabetes. The present invention provides a novel butanoic acid amide derivative as a C activity inhibitor. SOLUTION: The general formula: (Wherein R 1 and R 2 are substituted or unsubstituted C 1 -C 6 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic hydrocarbon group or a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic heterocyclic group, Further, R 1 and R 2 can be combined to form a substituted alkylidene group, and the substituted alkylidene group can form a 5- to 7-membered cycloalkylidene group, and R 3 represents an acidic functional group. In the formula, ring A represents a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic hydrocarbon group, a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic heterocyclic group, or a substituted or unsubstituted cyclic alkyl group.
