SOLUTION: Di (C) is used as a lipid constituting a liposome. 10-18 alkanoyl or alkenoyl) phosphatidylcholine, cholesterol, di ( C10-18 alkanoyl or alkenoyl) phosphatidylglycerol and / or polyethylene glycol moiety has an average molecular weight of 1 A liposome preparation containing 000 to 5000 N-monomethoxy polyethylene glycol succinyl-di (C 10-18 alkanoyl or alkenoyl) phosphatidylethanolamine.
